Allowing

Resting in an unimpeded state of mind.

This is a focus on “getting out of our own way” by way of identifying and remaining
in-and -“as” the flow of all that is unfolding and emerging as your life experience. Personal life experience is based on choices made - which is based on previous choices. Allow for all to be as you examine your thought and thought’s reflectively interrelated  emotions.

Allowing is coming to the vantage point of identifying or simply “seeing” your thoughts and how they might be obscuring and creating blocks to all that you desire to flow forth within and as, your life. We must allow the goodness and all the wonderfully inspiring aspects of life that we wish for. Do not get in the way with deeply embedded or not-so-deeply-embedded thoughts / emotions. Allowing is a clear path, a channel for the springing forth of all that you energize by way of your thoughts, emotions, desires and action. We must have agreement between all that we so truly desire for our lives and the thoughts and emotions that accompany these aspiration, visions, dreams and desires.

Asking

The simplicity of asking

There is a state of awareness that you can bring about within your mind which connects to all information that has ever occurred in all time. This can sound and appear to be very unrealistic and esoterically obscure, if not simply ridiculous. But rest assured, it is an aspect of every part of functioning physiologically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually that has been hidden and hence to whatever degree, atrophied within you. This is the time for you to awaken to the access  existing as your mind being the “conduit” or unbound space in “tapping” this expanse of interconnectedness - of all “information”  - everywhere, all the time

Anxieties

An idea that well-describes anxieties - being fearful or reacting to that which has not yet occurred. As we think about this idea, we can find it to be so true. How often have you been in situations where the feelings of fear and trepidation emerge from thought(s) and emotions projected upon events that have not yet happened? Whether it might be encountering interactions on a professional level at work or possibly an assignment and / or exams at school; or in personal relationships of having to confront issues that might be less than pleasant for you.

As you become emotionally ensnared in and as your imagined vantage point of  events not yet occurring, you can then quite easily see that your anxieties are emerging prior to having experienced the stressors attached to your visions of an outcome.

As you take a good look at this, do you see how this behavioral mechanism can be considered, unreasonable, illogical and act as a severe stumbling block to you aspirations?

Blame To Learning

The inner transformation turning blame into learning.

1.  Rather than blaming, which could very well be the mechanism of not taking responsibility for how a situation, circumstances or conditions have arisen - we take the approach of learning.
  •  How did this come about?
  •  What was my participation as thoughts, emotion and behavior that contributed within   the interaction of interpersonal relationship(s), bringing forth the conditions with which I am now assigning blame?

2.  Conflicts do not exist in a vacuum -  so to speak. For instance - enemies are extremely interwoven as connectedness  - an intimate relationship of intense energy expended. Enemies are far more interwoven in terms of ego complexities than any other type of relationship.

For instance - (True)love is all accepting, non-attaching, attentive, compassionate, kind, nurturing, restful, peaceful, easy, on and on and on… A relationship of enemies demands densities of energy simply for maintaining the opposites of the components that have just been listed.

3.  As we learn from situations rather than blaming, we expand into infinite possibilities  in terms of growing relationships and evolving beyond current circumstances and conditions. We focus on possibilities and prospects in how we can engage, share, interact intelligently, emotionally and pragmatically for boundless abundance as outcomes.

4.  As we shift, there emerges an ever expanding intelligence and spiritual maturity that reveals the unquestionable view that everybody and everything is a component of a guidance system. This is a vantage point of knowing from our internal “projection outward” of all that we perceive to exist. If all is interconnected and interdependent, then everything and every thing is reliant upon each and every aspect of every thing as everything and vice versa. This is taking your perspective to an expanded view of how all in cosmological terms is some form of information - knowing what and how to do all that it does all the time. Within this implicate enfolded order, resides all the intelligence as wisdom for our guidance system. Immersing ourselves to this level of human existence and interaction, we can then see clearly that every aspect of everything holds some “form” of informational guidance merely based on and abiding Nature “doing its(Her) thing”. This is a stunningly exquisite and wondrous realization to arrive to and within. Take time to contemplate this. The notion shall reveal seemingly magical states of awareness for you!  

Clarity

1.  Focusing on clarity can be thought as fundamental and foundational. As we obtain clarity, things become less and less nebulous or cloudy, confused, misunderstood or misinterpreted. Clarity brings us into a state of awareness where judgement plays no part of interpretations or decision making because the very nature of clarity allows us to see - observing that we are judging.  

Clarity ultimately reveals to us that there is no “right” or “wrong” - for one cannot exist without the other - meaning, if there is a thought construct of things as being “right”, then there inherently must be things that are existing as “wrong”. This is how, as referenced in Blame To Learning, enemies become and exist as fundamentally interwoven and so deeply connected and reliant on one-another. Their respective beliefs - thoughts insistent on continually thinking their same thoughts - cannot exist without one-another. Clarity brings the “thinker” into this awareness.
  • Clarity emerges sound decision making.
  •  Clarity allows the artist an unimpeded channel for that which is “coming through” as creative expression.
  •  Clarity allows the athlete to access “the zone” - which can be interpreted as the “coming through” as in creative expression.
  • Ultimate human clarity emerges forth a state of mind that sees the balance of Nature as Natural Law and how Natural Law is the ultimate model to follow for sustainability.
  • Clarity is knowing one’s impediments and recognizing the need and benefits for dissolving these aspects that obscure and interfere with maintaining self-esteem and a sense of accomplishment.

2.  A clear mind is a mind that has clarity - observing one’s thoughts - dissolving of thoughts, knowing a state of pure consciousness is clarity. From this domain of vast unbound Presence, clarity is accessed for all that we choose to bring to our lives, growing out of and subsequent to Pure Consciousness. Clarity as the clear mind can be thought of as a “medium” for accessing or becoming “one with-and-as, ”Pure Consciousness.

3.  Clarity brings us into “knowing” - a state that is of one’s “truth”. It is an experiential way of Being. There is no one else that can have an experiential awareness of your experiences. An insight or experience is yours - realizing this of others is clarity. You must know that it is futile and impossible to dispute the experiential reality of another - we can only make strides in understanding someone else's experience within and as life - this is clarity.

4.  Clarity is knowing and understanding that there is causation to everything. Conditions and states of well-being or relative aspects of health are symptomatic of causal levels of conditions, circumstance, beliefs, behavioral habits, addictions - to substance or thought(s) / emotions. This is clarity.

Miraculous Me 

1. Essence of you

Identify this Essence prior to trauma spawning shame, guilt and complexities as
components of low self esteem / self sabotaging behaviors.  

2.  Awaken to the “I AM” that is you - There is a “Oneness” to be discovered as to the undivided, non-separable interdependent whole of our existence in its entirety. This is essential and a crucial discovery within knowing who and what you are in this domain of time and space.

We must practice bringing our awareness into a unifying subtle-form function between pineal gland via 3rd eye and heart resonant field. We can rest in the three stimulating an opening of pathways for expanded emotional intelligence.

3.  Habitual patterns of language
  •  as developing patterns of speech that shift self identification into bringing about fulfilled self esteem for clarity, focus, insights, heart wisdom, creative intelligence, concepts of “Being” rather than “doing”.
  • Examining language as the mechanism of aspirations, visions and the creation of your life as relationships with others in all capacities.
  • The way we speak is all encompassing as where we are in awareness in relation to our perceptions. Are we aware of how we are speaking? - the words we are saying? “you know”, “like”, “so”, “does that make sense”, “am I making sense?”, the use of negatively charged words that hold extremely dense demeaning energy.
  • This is all reflective of our state of focus - every moment right in front of us- as us. Language and how we are using it is a barometer for our states of anxiety, self esteem, degree of our presence to the present moment, emotional state as well as perceived and transmitted degree of intelligence.

 
Well Disguised Grief

Grief possesses many faces. As many as there are faces of each man, woman and child. How do we know and identify well-disguised grief?

If experiences of life present themselves in any relative way short of consistent happiness within your day to day  - then there exists a dampening of your expressive energy. And without consistent and sustained happiness, along with any relative dampening of expressive energy, how will we possibly come to know joy?

You can come to know Joy by way of a fulfilling exploration into your heart.

This journey comes through the gifts of knowing, understanding, embracing and committing to a sojourn within grief!

We can then come out “the other end”with a soft , calm, self-nurturing vantage point
of an inner love that cherishes your own heart and mind.

The sum much greater than its parts of this trekking into heart, will be integrated as learning, practicing and continuing on your path. It  a dwelling place of stillness within all that you perceive by way of what is referred to as, “Heart Consciousness”.

The vastness of this Journey guides you into self discoveries possessing powerful shifts in perspective of who and what we are to one another, as well as for one another. All as we are living on and of our home planet, Gaia/Earth.

Dissolve Self Defeating Thoughts


  • What are your various forms of loving and nurtured outcomes, feelings of accomplishment within your tasks and sorted endeavors reflecting back to you?
  • Whether family, work, forms of study / schooling etc, creative pursuits, are your thoughts continually streaming these brightly engaged, inspired and optimistic building blocks of your moods as an “outward” disposition?

We can place great importance on this question and actually have the question be a guiding measuring device for how we design each day. Designing comes by way of committing and even devoting to a practice of initiating each day with how you are most fulfilled in terms of visualizing the “feeling” and moment-to-moment outcomes of your day(s). Being aware of thoughts from the moment we awaken from our night’s sleep is crucial to setting the overall tone of our day. Do you initiate your day with various thoughts that inspire feelings of how you visualize the people that you intend to associate with, and the quality of interactions within these associations? We must always remember that our conscious thoughts are continually feeding or “seeding” our subconscious mind - our  “mind” as a component of Consciousness that is a conduit or “medium” in-and-of our interconnected vastness of an interdependent subconscious collective. It is the subconscious that is handling all the tasks as mechanisms for and as all that is happening. Nature does Nature’s thing - all the time as every mechanism from imperceptibly microscopic / sub quantum realms to macro realms of cosmological proportion - planetary, solar system / star system, galactic, universe, multi-universe on and on small / large - large / small.  

Do we realize that we can go through our days and never be fully aware of the words that we speak and the energy they possess? On the flip side of things, are your thoughts emanating from a doubting place within your mind? Doubting your abilities as skills, creativity, insight, accomplishing tasks that “appear” to be “beyond” your capabilities? Where did these doubts come from? This is a very worthwhile question to examine and explore. This is not to say that we must always be operating from an ultimately joyful place of not experiencing upset. Upset is inevitable. However, our practice is empowered by the realization that we can “observe the nature of any upset” without attaching to, or “becoming this upset.

A healthy and inspired vantage point of authentically understanding and knowing “where” we are at any given point(s) within our various and vast stages of development is crucial. It is coming to be in such thankfulness and gratitude for that which we are capable in realistic terms based on all that we have developed. This is by way of a devoted and disciplined  approach to honing our various skill-sets, creative endeavors and pursuits, education, focus on mental, emotional psychological and spiritual health, seeking wisdom and insight, knowing compassion, etc.

We must never doubt that we can explore an endeavor and reach unprecedented heights for our own achievement and Soul expression as an on-going growth and maturity. We can emerge in life with impediments and abstractions to our most beautiful and creative expressions, and with diligent perseverance as devotion and discipline to a craft, talent, skills intellectual pursuit, reach unimaginably accomplished heights as personal expression. This requires identification of impediments - in what ways are we - “in our own way” - and the emotional maturity for coming into realization that we must step back - and step-by-step move into the discovery and learning of our own impediments and how to cut through these into all that we wish to achieve.

Again, the doubting mind in terms of thoughts creating emotions and hence reflectively vice versa, functions as stumbling blocks that must be dissolved. Thoughts of doubt as to how situations can be or circumstances can emerge, literally paints the picture(s) of our day to day existence. If we doubt ourselves or any aspect of all that we are involved, then outcomes shall be a direct reflection of our doubting mind. For the two are one-in-the-same. A negative disposition brings or spawns negative associations - and our negative or doubt-filled associations exist as a mirror reflecting life as its image back to us.

Why would you choose to endeavor in something less than all that you can put forth? When we really consider this question, a stunning realization shines a bright light on cutting oneself short of anything worthwhile being involved. As we operate and hold our esteem from within and as this vantage point, foundational shifts in our perceptions of being in this life transform dramatically. Suddenly we are experiencing a much more enriched and inspired way to know relationships and taking action for outcomes with so intent for an accomplished outcome, bearing happiness and fulfillment.

Dominant Thought

What is most predominant in your mind? As our minds are the “container” or “space” holding our thoughts, it is so vitally important that we observe which thoughts are the most continually recurring thoughts. These are dominant thoughts. If we focus on fewer and fewer thoughts at any one period throughout our day then we are really honing in on our dominants thoughts.

Perhaps imagine your personal power of sitting, resting in stillness with one dominant thought. To hold a dominant thought for any length of time will be the morphing of and as your reality of that dominant thought. Whatever this dominant thought is, is your perception as totality - this is to realize that we as humans do not think multiple thoughts simultaneously. Our thoughts are linear - one at a time. I often think that this plays into out notions and experience of Time itself - or at least our perception of time here on our planet Earth/Gaia. Thoughts can be at such rapid-fire pace within our minds that they might appear to be happening simultaneously, but that is not the case. Do not confuse this with multitasking behavior.

As we might multitask as actions taken, we are functioning from a much more deeply embedded subconscious mind. We can think linear thoughts and multitask as actions taken. Notice though that generally multitasking actions lack an optimal focus. We have linear thoughts going on while there is intent to perform physical actions. Another aspect of multitasking is the(although inattentive) action behavior of partially listening to someone speak and concurrently doing something else - reading on your computer, or any other function. Let’s take a look at how often we might forget attentiveness and consideration while on the phone, listening to someone that believes we are paying undivided attention to all that they are sharing with us, and we are busy in our minds partially listening while doing something else - reading on our computer, tablet, phone or even watching a video etc etc…  Where is dominant thought then?

Thoughts can come and go at whatever rate, that we never realize there is a “space” that resides between, or “behind” our thoughts. Your thoughts are very often so relentless that they appear as a tapestry - literally, like a woven tapestry made of a textile material or a blanket woven of many patches of material. We can start to “pull out the threads” so to speak of our ongoing rarely ceasing “tapestry of linear thought. The “patches” as the metaphorical pieces of material in our tapestry or blanket start to separate from one another. When this begins to happen, we can then experience this magnificent “space” between or “behind” our thoughts.

We can now examine that if there are dominant thoughts happening over and over again, and we are operating from “within” this tapestry of tightly woven linear thought, our reality does not have a chance to exist as anything but tightly woven patches of relentless thought - after thought - followed by the same notion as thought. We never escape the reality of these dominant thoughts.

Now, let’s start with the idea that if these relentless thoughts are of a positive and inspiring nature, then our tapestry as the reality we experience will be perceptions of inspiration and a positive way of seeing and being life. As we take this to yet another level of skill and creativity within our personal power, we can start pulling on the threads that hold all these patches of thoughts together. Then we access the boundless space between and behind our thoughts. As we do this and observe all that is going on with our thoughts, we begin to gain a control over our thoughts merely by observing what is happening within our minds. This calms things down and allows choices - deliberate activated choice as to the content we hold within our mind. We are not on an autopilot type of existence as always operating from reacting - a reactive state of awareness.

Work on slowing things down by thinking on this - separating out the “patchwork” that exists as the thought after thought after thought linear tapestry in your mind. Consider what is being “held” as your dominant thought(s). Experiment with “pulling back” as your awareness so that you perceive from an “inner vantage point” of observing your thought. Make this dominant in your mind. Focus on intentionally creating dominant thoughts. In other words - willfully choose the thoughts you think - this is your personal power of Dominant thought(s)!

Drop Into Heart

We see everything and experience all by way of our cognizance - generally - and within a vast complexity of how our brain processes energy in the form of light - which gets converted to images by way of chemical, hormonal, neural networks of interrelated processes.

The intent here is not the exploration of the seemingly ”magical mystical” nature of this physical process, but rather how we can move from this cognizance, into the ever more subtle realm of resonant fields, that are the essence levels  of our human definition - being in and as your body from the experiential vantage point of heart consciousness.

As you practice directing your focused awareness into the area of your heart, there emerges a stunningly palpable sensation of space "within" our three dimensional perceived space. We might even characterize this “inner” space as a type of non-space. I have come to discover that the nature of this non-space is due to a self-evident type of transparency-like non-time. Rather than our accepted notions of space-time reality where time is a form or nature as a metaphorical “fabric” within space, this sensation emerges as space becoming a fabric within time. As we rest in the practice of stilling our mind into quiet, pure observation consciousness, what we have come to know conventionally as the “movement” of time, no longer exists. A pronounced and profound state of Being comes forth as an expanse of bodyless-ness. This can be experienced within an awareness of simply existing  defined as consciousness. The greatest poets, philosophers, spiritualists, forward thinking explorers of theoretical physicists, artists and seekers in general have been contemplating the nature of consciousness throughout  epochs of known civilizations.

“Dropping into heart” possesses an inherent affect of dissolving aspects and mechanisms of ego construct. Directing your awareness into your heart somehow stimulates an ego acquiescence thereby nullifying complexities of fear, control and aggression. It is a beautiful state of “becoming your awareness“ of Being as consciousness.

Practice focusing on your third eye and simultaneously dropping that focused awareness into your heart. Simply relax any expectations, draw the two regions of focus into one and sense the subtle nature of a penetrating yet non-reactive dimensionless space. As you rest in this “space”, there arises a defined perception of an extremely lucid field or realm of consciousness that emanates the feelings of all that is perceived by the physical senses. You can direct yourself into this field and begin to experience a rather unfamiliar intelligence that presents itself non-verbally. As a calm, quiet stillness comprising this boundless, changeless placid tranquility inhabiting your mind, an immeasurable sense of interconnectedness reveals itself.  The melting of any notion of “separation” existing as your mind, dissolves into (a) non-spacial domain of pure uninhabited consciousness. Drawing your focused awareness into your heart is the activation and non-physical access point of this inner ubiquitous continuum.

Go The Extra Mile

Going the extra mile means you care. Taking care of simple things that you might ordinarily think - well, that’s not mine, or - I didn’t put that there. it doesn’t matter. Go the extra mile and extend yourself to help out when your actions might never be acknowledge by anyone but you. In actuality, that is the important thing - your behavioral habits whether they are observed and acknowledged by others or not. Take actions to make others feel good and appreciated.

I was once selling a bike on Ebay and had it listed nationwide. It was a long-frame recumbent bike so it had to be taken apart professionally for shipping. There were some pretty cool extras on it like a custom windshield and fenders. My photos presented the bike well and I received quite a few favorable comments. The bidding began and it did not take long before I had it sold. In the process, I corresponded back and forth with a few potential buyers and I could tell that one in particular was quite serious. My nature is to be very accommodating and detailed to make sure that I am represented in the most authentic way. This potential buyer and I communicated back and forth quite a few times to work out details in the event that he would win the bidding price. Once the auction was over, we continued with a few more correspondences and I was meticulously detailed with the entire process, every step of the way for having the bike disassembled, properly packed and shipped.

Here is where I am going with my story - I already had 100% “Positive Feedback” within my Ebay account. The review that this buyer wrote was stunning to me because he elaborated on how the buying experience was one that he never encountered, because the seller “goes the extra mile”. I thought about that. It made such an impact on me because I was not considering the possibility of doing things any other way. This stayed with me many years later. It always comes up with wonderful feelings whenever I would take care of something simple that would present itself as seemingly not being my responsibility. Like being in a public place and moving a chair out of a walkway. Or picking up an item that has fallen of a shelf and placing it back in its proper spot. Like putting articles of clothing back where and how they were on a rack or shelf in a store after trying them on in a fitting room or in front of a nearby mirror, and deciding the clothing was not for you. This is all a growth process and expansion of consideration to make situations better for others.  

These are fairly simple examples of “go the extra mile”, but the concept can be taken into substantially more complex situations. It is a heart-fulfilling practice that at first can stretch the comfort zone or an orientation of self-involvement. It might be picking up after someone else in some form or fashion, but that’s ok. It is a good thing and contributes to the inner happiness factor. The more inner happiness among more and more humans, the more happiness there will be as our collective awareness of ourselves.

​Guidance

Guidance within our lives is something so hidden, yet simultaneously existing in plain sight. We are generally not taught, conditioned or trained to view in this way - all that exists along our path of life. Our state of “normal” behavior and information processing within the natural world is limited to how we assign meaning to objects or species other than human. I am including trees, plants and flowers as well. But what this requires of us is to refrain from dismissing any bit of information as trivial. This holds its importance when it comes to paying deep attention to “signs” as “information”. This is a subtle realm within navigating situations or life in general. It can take us on a journey way down deep into a rabbit hole. The depth of the trek as delving, is entirely up to you and the degree to which there is a willingness to discover forms of communication that might not possess any “proof”. The central and meaningful aspect of this work as awareness, simply resides as your experiential reality of all that you encounter. In terms of like-mindedness being an attractor, you can surely remain confident that others shall emerge for you “seeing” and “knowing” in this way as you move along practicing this expanse. 

Lets immerse ourselves to a depth that I am confident is accessible and rather easy to understand. 

It is very well established within not so far-reaching scientific realms, that an emerging understanding of all existence(the known and unknown universe(s)), is ushering humanity into a new paradigm of itself. This insight, which is nothing new to various cultures much older than ours, as well as some civilizations past, is focused on the nature of interconnectedness. All of existence from non-physical sub fundamental “packets of energy” to macro mechanisms containing galactic systems as well as seemingly boundless cosmological anomalies and beyond. 

Here is a first tumble into our rabbit hole - The “All” interconnected existence that we are examining could be thought of as - mechanisms and all infinite aspects within mechanisms - that inherently spawn more and more mechanisms - much greater than what appears to be a sum of parts. Within interconnectedness, exists an ever-expanding mirror-facing-a-mirror effect, as feedback-looping interdependence. All that occurs and happens to one aspect of an aspect, effects all aspects of all “other” aspects. Established in our brief history of modern cosmological study, is the discovery that “our” entirety(seen as all collective “parts”), is also unfathomably present in all the forms and function of all the things that constitute our apparent “entirety”. 

Slipping down deeper into our rabbit hole - in actuality it is impossible to conceive of a whole, because as and “from” your vantage point (cognitive perspective that interprets observing “a whole” or entirety),  that point of perspective presents itself within and as part of this “whole” or entirety. The observer cannot in any way understand or objectify the whole of which the observer always IS. It appears as though “nothing / no thing” can exist “outside” of itself. As ubiquity - there is nothing “out there”.

The purpose of this journey into Oneness is to see an inherent nature, that all of existence is connected and interdependent. This exists in ways beyond our current understandings, measurements, calculations and observations. The huge and stunning insight is that if all is interconnected and interdependent, then every aspect of every aspect has an effect on every aspect no matter how subtle. Hence, “guidance” as we choose to “see” it, emerges on our level of awareness within and as physical reality - (and beyond our “physical reality”). 

​What this is showing is that if everything responds to everything, there is interaction that we can begin to focus upon in seeking effortless directive merely by observing from a vantage point of “stepping back”. We can then immerse into seeing our interconnected mechanisms showing up as outcomes of our actions, which include thought and emotions that we respond to as yet-ever-more thought. 
The wealth of this practice comes as we pay close attention to - 


  • ideas shared 
  • others’ perspectives 
  • observing the outcomes of others’ perspectives and actions 
  • outcomes we observe based on being fully aware of choices we have made 
  • situations or circumstances that present impediments to what we believe we desire 
  • the conditions within events that demand and insist that we come to patience
  • examinations of past behavior spawning from emotional content or trauma 
  • events as experiences that stimulate the emergence of happiness and joy
  • the contents and contexts of pain and suffering 


Outcomes exist as ongoing actions within, and as every moment. What is needed is observation of all that is happening both “around” and within us. The “within” aspect is observing how our body is responding - which we identify as emotions and feelings. What is it you are “feeling” your body experiencing? Emotions emerge on their own, so to speak - and continuously if not relentlessly emerge out of continuous or relentless thoughts on a conscious or less than conscious level of awareness. Just as emotions emerge “on their own”, so it is with thoughts - until we gain a perspective as observation. A vantage point in identifying this mechanism. 

Practice, practice, practice your ability as taking notice of things obvious and subtle. The degree to which you do this is equal to the degree of which subtle and more subtle guidance emerges for you. All holds wisdom that can be seen in plain sight based on your attentiveness and an inner sensitivity to all that is Nature - And All IS, Nature.

Stillness

Within each and every one of us is a stillness.
No matter who you are -
your age, gender, social or economic status, religion, race -
no matter what the demands of your life,
there is a stillness.

This "space" is always waiting for you as a retreat.
And within your stillness resides, calm.

On its own, stillness dissolves stress -
and because there is no stress,
there is no anxiety.

I guide the way into this stillness.
Come take the journey
and live from within your stillness.

No matter what is happening around you,
you will know your inner place of stillness.

Learn to have stillness within you mind and body.
This does not mean sitting idle - quite the opposite.
The practice and developed skill of inner stillness
brings a space as an expanse of clarity.
It is an opportunity for plaguing thoughts to settle,
and within short time, dissolve by your own intent.
Give yourself this gift of quieting the swirling world
around you by learning and practicing
your inner world of stillness.

This so often inevitably leads to opening and knowing
the energy field of your heart as the
intelligence for navigating you life.
