Core-Stenics is inspired from within a
man’s yearning to live
as happiness, flowing abundance and wellness -
It was committing to practices that bring relief
​from plaguing thoughts as self-abandonment, shame
and "programmed" patterns of inconsideration for others.
​​This is not to say that empathy, compassion and being
​in service to others did not exist -
these indeed did exist in very expressive ways -
However, there existed an incongruity of
mind as thoughts and emotions,
​and his heart. 
Finally arriving at simply too much pain, anguish and sorrow, this man began listening into the insight and wisdom of his heart which spoke softly within quiet, stillness and solitude. A vast transformation within seeking, remembering, letting go of that which was held as vitally important and precious in defining an “outward” appearance, began to take place. From a devotion of discovering the reasons for his life in this world, by way of due diligence within asking, study and devotional practice, he transitioned from living as emotional and psychological symptoms of doubts, fears, scarcity, shame, self-abandonment and anger - to coming into authenticity as lovingly expressing Soul’s truths by way of journeying into the realm of his heart. 

Stepping out of our “linear time,” in sweet kindness and gentleness, he loved, nurtured and cared for the sunny little boy that he was as a child. Traumas were discovered - depression was stunningly redefined as grief and grieving. 
His ongoing devotion to embodying
​joy and fulfillment from within,
speaks as abiding unwaveringly to clear,
​soulful reasons for his trek in Being this life.
